It was a wonderful way to begin my day. Although it has been several years since I had done yoga, I felt completely comfortable in the class. Chris is terrific! I plan to attend the class several times while on MV.

Morning yoga at Inkwell Beach was great!! Regardless of your practice level, you can enjoy the class. Feeling the sun on your face and listening the chants from the Polar Bears as you move through the positions is a wonderful way to begin your day. Chris is a terrific instructor!
