Yoga at Long Point Beach

Head on down to Long Point Beach to join Jason Mazar-Kelly (YogiJay) and the Martha’s Vineyard Trustees for an hour long session of yoga, meditation and breathwork. Take in the sweet salty air and sound of the ocean during this incredible outdoor experience. You won’t want to miss this moment of bliss.

Jason is an experienced yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher with thousands of hours of training and practice in various traditions and modalities. He has been teaching since 2014 and practicing since 2011. In this class he will guide you through a variety of movements and meditations which integrate breathwork to leave all practitioners, no matter your level, with a feeling of calm and release by the end of the practice.

Please be aware that for public health and safety during the Covid-19 pandemic, we require all staff, volunteers and guests (over 2 years old) to wear a mask at all times during this event. We have reduced our event capacities to better facilitate social distancing. Please do not attend if you have any symptoms consistent with Covid-19, have traveled out of New England in the last 2 weeks, or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19.
