What better way to experience the Golden State’s cuisine than a five-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Martineau?
Chef Patrice worked for six years in California, moving around Santa Barbara, Palm Springs and Los Angeles. During this time, he was able to explore California’s unique and diverse food. The menu he created is inspired by the influence of the Far East and Mexico on California’s cuisine and will focus on freshly prepared local ingredients and innovation.
Wine pairing from the top wine regions of California will also be available for our guests to enjoy.
