Come explore nutrition and nourishment as we untangle their definitions - and what it means for our health. Armed with the value of nutrition, we can maintain good energy and we can cope when life throws us a curveball because we are getting the nutrients we need. Participants will learn the relationship between nutrition and how to reduce stress, why intermittent fasting can improve health, and various healthy and delicious recipes.
This four-week course is led by chef Jan Buhrman, owner of Kitchen Porch Catering.
Classes take place online, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6:30 p.m. starting March 1 and running through the end of March.
