In this class, led by chef Gavin Smith, we will make a simple water-based pasta dough. You will learn how to simply shape pasta with your hands and a fork (or an arricciagnocchi if you have one). You will also learn to make classic carbonara in the style of Rome, Italy. I will be cooking along with you in your home, so you can see what I am doing, and I will be there to guide you through the whole process.
