Vinyasa (a practice designed to help you heal while keeping you in peak physical shape) incorporates elements of strength-building, making it a dynamic experience.
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you. The library will have a limited number of mats available for use. All levels are welcome; each pose is guided from the foundation to the full expression.
