We will be learning the traditional Yang Long form as taught by Yang Chang Fu. As well, we will be exploring the three Tan Dien & T'ai Chi Kung movements. We will also practice some push hands. T'ai Chi Ch'uan and Chi Kung are movement meditations that strengthen our capacity to move from our center.
