A weekly one-hour virtual discussion group for parents, by parents, of children and teens dealing with anxiety.
Take a break, grab your favorite hot or iced beverage and connect with other Island parents and caregivers for an open-minded discussion on a variety of topics around present concerns.

Registration is required to receive Zoom meeting ID. Space is limited to 10 participants to provide for an intimate setting.
