The centerpiece of the festival is the parade on Circuit Avenue from 8 to 9 p.m. with The Extraordinary Rendition Band (ERB) from Providence R.I., a 45-piece marching band. Earlier in the day will be live music in the Ocean Park Bandstand from 4 to 8 p.m. with The Outskirts, The Pinkletinks, Siren Mayhew and Isaac Taylor. After the parade will be more live music at The Loft with The Space Invaders, The Brothers McMahon and The Philly D Project (PDP).
