As we move into the spring season, it is a good time for revitalization. In this class you will learn: self-healing tools and simple, fun and empowering energetic exercises to allow more calm agility into your lifestyle to —provide balance, healing energy, relaxation, and uplifted awareness strengthening your understanding to the important connection to the electromagnetic energy field around your body. We will also learn breath and meditative practices to help you feel more- centered, equanimous, discrimination for emotional balance, resilient and resourceful.
