ServSafe Food Handling Certification

Get certified to serve food. This one day workshop, with instructor Alice Robinson, is convenient for those with busy schedules. Successful completion of this course and exam meets state and local requirements for a Person in Charge (PIC) of a food service establishment. Textbook, exam, anti-choking training, integrated FDA and State Food Codes and employee training materials are included.

For more information on taking the exam online and where to pick up materials, please call the office. Please pick books up by May 6.
