Sassafras Homeschool

For ages 7 to 14.

Sassafras Homeschool program meets weekly on Fridays for 8 weeks. This is an all outdoors program with seasonal outdoor learning and activities that will include learning about and participating in our LandCulture Project, practicing earth and ancestral skills, harvesting and outdoor processing, naturalist skills, natural and Indigenous history, and activities to quiet the mind to learn how to tap into our inner knowing, all while following a natural and relaxed pace of our day together. Children will spend time in a mixed age group, and a portion of the day in smaller groups according to age.
