Sassafras Homeschool

Our Friday homeschool program meets weekly for 10 times in fall, winter and spring. This is an all outdoors program with seasonal outdoor learning and activities that will include learning about and participating in our LandCulture Project, earth and ancestral skills, harvest and outdoor processing, naturalist skills, natural and Indigenous history, and activities to quiet the mind to learn how to tap into our inner knowing, all while following a natural and relaxed pace of our day together. Children will spend some time in a mixed age group, and a portion of the day in subgroups according to age.
