Join us for Raclette Night every Thursday with Chef Patrice. Raclette, (a word derived from the French verb racler, meaning, "to scrape") is a traditional meal comprising of Alpine cheeses melted on the wheel and then scraped onto accompaniments, such as potato, vegetables and meats. The Raclette dinner includes Creme Brûlée for dessert.
