Led by Maranda Post. Join us for a fun, energetic, and welcoming fitness and faith experience. What to expect: A full-body cardio workout mixed with light weights and stretching; set to popular praise and worship songs; appropriate for all ages and fitness levels; and a positive, supportive environment where everyone is welcome. What to bring: Water bottle, towel or yoga mat, and hand weights (optional).

Let’s break a sweat and lift our spirits to the rhythm of some amazing Christian praise music. Note: Child care is provided most Saturdays.
