Practice is a challenging, high-energy, and music-driven fitness class that includes cardio (HIIT), mobility, strength, balance, and natural movement. Focus is on breath, alignment, and mindfulness. Emily Phillips lives in Edgartown, having moved to the Island from Boston where she taught at Equinox, Exhale Spas, and New Balance Headquarters. Ms. Phillips holds masters degrees in fitness management and in clinical psychology, in addition to numerous fitness certifications. She is an avid hiker and also leads trail classes.
