The Polar Bears of Martha's Vineyard is an intergenerational, diverse, social group of people who are dedicated to health and wellness. The Polar Bears meet every day at 7:30 a.m. at Inkwell Beach between 4th of July and Labor Day for swimming and water aerobics. Please bring a covered dish and fellowship with us for breakfast following the swim on opening day, closing day, and every Monday in between.
