Join Nina, owner and chef at Stoney Hill Pizza for this hands-on wood-fired pizza making class.
Nina will teach participants the basics of making and shaping dough, sauce selection, and how to choose the best seasonal toppings. Each participant will make their own pizza and bake it in Nina’s mobile wood-fired pizza oven.
This class will not run in inclement weather and will be rescheduled if needed.
Proof of vaccination or a negative covid test is required for all cooking classes. All participants must wear a mask while in the Farm Kitchen.
Pre-registration required for all Farm Institute cooking classes.
