From the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, February's Opera Club presents the renowned Jonathan Kent production of Puccini's Tosca. Filmed live in 2011, this atmospheric and intense potboiler features three of the greatest singers of that decade: bass/baritone Bryn Terfel as the sadistic Scarpia, tenor Jonas Kaufmann as Tosca's lover, Cavaradossi, and soprano Angela Gheorghiu as the diva, Floria Tosca. Maestro Antonio Pappano conducts the Royal Opera House Orchestra through Puccini's thrilling, dramatic score.

Sung in Italian with English subtitles, the opera runs approximately two hours, plus intermission. All adults are welcome.
