With Khaydroup. We will be following the same format as when we all come together to meditate in person. There will be 3 fifteen minute sessions, with the recitation of the Refuge Prayer and the Four Immeasurables at the beginning and the Dedication of Merit at the end. The prayers will be displayed on the screen at the beginning and the end of the session.
