Movement, Meditation & Writing Workshop with Talia, focusing on self inquiry and exploration.
In this 2 hour workshop we will begin by doing some simple movements and breathing techniques to help facilitate in settling in to our bodies and the present moment. You will then be given a series of writing prompts, focusing on ways you see yourself, both in the world in relation to others, and within your own heart and mind. This time is yours and there will be an option to share your writing after each prompt, but there is no requirement to do so.
We will end our time together with a guided meditation.
Please bring something to write on, such as a journal or note pad, a writing utensil and an open mind.
