This series will be much more than just sitting in silence, annoyed and confused as to whether you are meditating or not. Jackson Van Raan will lead guided meditations and we will explore a myriad of other mindfulness practices: walking meditations, breathwork, mindful communication, etc. We will connect, share and learn from each other through open discussions about our practice and foundational concepts of yoga and buddhism. Learn about the infinite ways to meditate (literally, infinite ways), how it can relate to your life, different approaches to reduce stress, connect with yourself and others, expand your awareness, and how to realign yourself through your breath in this meditation class.
