Virtual Talk: How to Self-Publish Your Book

Janet Holladay presents a special talk and Q&A on How to Self-Publish a Book, covering the steps from manuscript to book-in-hand.

Ms. Holladay loves making books. She feels that it's never been more exciting, more user friendly, or as affordable – thanks to current technology and on-demand printing. No longer are books just about the prominent and/or powerful. Books are about us — who we are, what is important to us, and what our values and aspirations are. 

This presentation and introduction to book-making and self-publishing also initiates a longer-term project envisioning a Pathways-based Book Project: documenting how our artist community has processed the current 2020-21 Covid experience. 

Art, literature, and multi-media contributions are invited to be submitted to Pathways, to be featured digitally on our website, and eventually produced in a tangible form.
