Time banking is a system of bartering services among members without using money. You provide an hour of service (i.e. pet care) for a member and earn an hour of time credit and then you can use your time credits to request help for yourself (i.e. getting your lawn mowed). The Vineyard Hour Exchange is a new Time Bank being established on the Island.
