Ease back into group exercise with a feel-good, flow class that improves strength, flexibility and balance. We'll focus on following the breath, nurturing the body and observing the mind. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, mask and water to drink.
Heather Dyas-Fried has been a Kripalu teacher since 2006. She also specializes in Prenatal Yoga and Mom/Baby Yoga and is a certified health coach.
