Flower Fest

Flower power is back! Celebrate mid-summer by strolling through the Farm Institute’s 1-acre sunflower field, making a flower crown, or assembling a bouquet with flowers from the island’s flower farmers. Kids can visit with the Farm’s flower fairy, build a fairy house, have their face painted, or make native pollinator seed bombs.

All single participants will take home either a bouquet of sunflowers or a flower crown of your own making. Families will have the option to take home two flower crowns or two bouquets, or one of each.
