Winter is the perfect time to learn a new skill! Join island fermentors in these fermentation workshops.
We’ll discuss vegetable fermentation in general and together each participant will prepare a half-gallon mason jar of sauerkraut to take home with them. Class fee covers all the supplies including the airlock system needed for the fermentation to safely happen in your home.
