Winter is the perfect time to learn a new skill. Join Island fermentors Laurisa Rich and Katie Ruppel in this sauerkraut class. We'll discuss vegetable fermentation in general and together each participant will prepare a half-gallon mason jar of sauerkraut to take home with them.
Class fee covers all the supplies including the airlock system needed for the fermentation to safely happen in your home.
