Paul’s exhibition at the West Tisbury Library features an eclectic mix of photos of Martha’s Vineyard, including a number of botanical sunset silhouettes focusing on light and color. Paul says that many of these were taken when the Island sky was affected by wildfires out West, creating unusually beautiful colors.

About the artist: Paul was a professional actor for 35 years before retiring to the Vineyard in 2013. He currently serves on the board of Vineyard Village at Home, as Vice President as well as a volunteer driver. He also serves on the Massachusetts Cultural Council. He lives in West Tisbury with his spouse David Behnke and their two “goofy” Gordon setters, Cooper and Rufus.
