The Oak Bluffs Business Association will hold a Halloween Costume Parade! Meet in front of the Island Theater at 1:30 p.m. Costume contest results will be announced at 2 p.m. at Post Office Square. Multiple trophies will be given out for categories including Best Costume, Best Group, Cutest, Funniest, Most Original and Scariest.
