Learn, cook, and laugh alongside one of the Island's premiere chefs, Brent Turner. Before coming to the island, Brent cooked in restaurants and worked on farms all over the North East before starting his own catering company on the South Shore. He now lives and works here on-Island, as the head chef for Rosewater Market in Edgartown. His goal is bringing people closer to their food, and to "cook with your heart, eat with your hands."
