Learn, cook, and laugh alongside one of the Island's premiere chefs, Brent Turner. Before coming to the Island, Brent cooked in restaurants and worked on farms all over the northeast before starting his own catering company on the South Shore. He now lives and works here on-Island as the head chef for Rosewater Market in Edgartown. His goal is bringing people closer to their food, and to "cook with your heart, eat with your hands."
Join us for any or all of our four classes in November during Cooking with Brent. Each class you will walk away with knowledge and a printed recipe of a great dinner to make at home!
Wednesday, Nov. 9, 4 to 5 p.m.: Sweet Potato & Chickpea Coconut Curry.
Tuesday, Nov. 15: 5 to 6 p.m.: Creamy Tomato Soup.
Tuesday, Nov. 22 5 to 6 p.m.: Pie Dough from Scratch (just in time for family gatherings).
Tuesday, Nov. 29, 5 to 6 p.m.: Chicken Piccata.
