Virtual: Communication and Conflict Workshop Series for Farmers

Learn and practice effective communication and conflict management in this interactive workshop series, led by two mediators from the Martha’s Vineyard Mediation Program! Each workshop will be fully interactive and targeted specifically at those working in the field of agriculture.

This workshop series is suitable for farmworkers, farm managers, and farmowners alike. It is intended to not only improve management skills, but also act as a professional development opportunity for Island farms. Since this is a cohort-based workshop series, attendance at all sessions is required.
