Virtual: Chef Look Cooks: Butternut Squash Lasagna

It’s a double dose of pasta fun this month with Chef Look (see our Dough Series below). Join him virtually in his home kitchen as he takes pasta making to the next level with this delicious layered delight. Based on a classic dish some may remember from a long-since-closed Edgartown family Italian restaurant, this butternut squash lasagne will be a big hit with everyone at the table. The richness of local butternut squash, accented by soft ricotta, and layered with your own homemade pasta sheets is sure to impress.
