The longest continually running road race on Martha's Vineyard, the Chappy Point to Point is a 5-mile road race from the waters of Wasque Point to the ferry at Chappy Point. Registration is limited to 300 runners. This year’s race proceeds will have a dramatic impact on Chappaquiddick by funding the installation of solar power in the Community Center.
Registration fee is $25 per person and can be completed at https://runsignup.com/Race/Register/?raceId=76104. Race bibs can be picked up on June 25 at Memorial Wharf from 4 to 5 p.m. or in the Chappy Ferry parking lot from 7 to 8 a.m. on June 26. Runners who pick up their bibs on Saturday will receive a free passenger round trip on the Chappy Ferry. Vans will shuttle runners from the parking lot to the starting point at Wasque Point from 7 to 8 a.m.
Official Chappy Point to Point sweatshirts are available at Soft as a Grape on Dock Street in Edgartown.
