The Carnegie Heritage Center’s Historic Tour is a 60-minute guided walking tour of Edgartown. Learn about the Island’s rich maritime history through the lens of the Vineyard Preservation Trust’s historic buildings and the Carnegie's Collection of Island artifacts.
Lively educators lead visitors from The Carnegie (58 North Water Street) through the harbor and village streets with access to the Trust's historic properties closed to the general public, including the Old Whaling Church and the Vincent House, the Island's oldest home. The tour ends at the bus depot on Church Street.
