Oak Bluffs Library is excited to announce that an art exhibition featuring famed fine artist Charly Palmer will take place during the library’s celebration of Black History Month.

Charly Palmer is represented by Knowhere Art Gallery located in Oak Bluffs.  The gallery is collaborating with the library to present this exhibition which will be on display currently through Feb. 24.
