Innovation For Equity, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting innovative ways to improve life outcomes for Black learners of all ages, will host a Black Education Forum on August 9 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Old Whaling Church in Edgartown.
This free and in-person event will feature two powerhouse panels on Today: Teaching Our History and Culture Post-"Racial Reckoning" and Tomorrow: Preparing for the Workforce of the Future. Leading innovators at the intersection of education and industry will discuss the most dynamic trends and actions to drive change.
