Join us on the farm to taste and compare the flavors and characteristics of our pea varieties: Sugar Ann, Maxigolt, Cascadia and Oregon Giant. Our farmers will discuss the intricacies of how varieties are bred and why we grow different types of the same plant, to how breeders play an important role in what is represented in our fields and on our plates.
Come taste, talk, learn, and enjoy a glass of wine paired with a small salad highlighting the varieties.
