Virtual: Become a Conflict Coach - Intro to Conflict Coaching Course

This 15-hour course provides a beginning understanding of the conflict coaching process. We utilize the CLAMSHELL model, a structured and systematic protocol for two one-hour coaching sessions. Participants are oriented to utilize the Coaching and Participant manuals. A step by step training video is available.

20 hours of training in 8 sessions Tuesdays and Fridays, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and one hour weekly. 

Session One: Sept. 19, 2023: Intro to conflict coaching - CLAMSHELL. Session Two: Sept. 22: Clarify Goals - Listen to Conflict Story. Session Three, Sept. 26: Ask to Understand - Map Internal/External. Session Four, Sept. 29. Survey Mutuality - Heart check & Reflect. Session Five, Oct. 6, Explore Options and Rehearse. Session Six, Oct. 13, Lock it in - Look for Pearls; Session Seven, TBA Role Play CLAM. Session Eight: TBA Role Play SHELL.
