
Spend the weekend making the perfect bagels and the perfect spreads to top them off with including Slough Farm's own poppy seeds and other ingredients sourced from our fields and animals.
This workshop is spread over two days. Saturday, Oct. 15 from 3 to 6 p.m. will focus on the dough. Sunday, Oct. 16 from 12 to 3 p.m. will be all about the baking and the spreads. This workshop will be held in our farmhouse kitchen and space is limited so registration is required.
