Get certified to serve food. This two day certification workshop, 4 hours each day, is convenient for those with busy schedules. Successful completion of this course and exam meets state and local requirements for a Person in Charge (PIC) of a food service establishment. Textbook, exam, anti-choking training, integrated FDA and State Food Codes and employee training materials are included. It is required students pick books up two weeks prior to the start of class and have read them before the first class. Students are asked to make arrangements with their instructor to pick up course materials.
