This course, led by Garrett Burt, is designed for professionals who want a firmer grasp on marketing strategy, process, and best practices. Learn to develop, justify, and execute solid marketing strategies that can help drive your company’s success. Learn the outside-in of marketing by understanding the customer first and building a marketing plan; improve your familiarity with marketing strategy terminology, and execution; learn to define your target market segments; and learn how to position your offering or brand. This course will help sharpen your skills to ask the right questions at the right time, sift through the hype, and integrate marketing strategies that make sense for your organization. Instructor Burt will introduce case studies, speakers, and small group activities that will enhance your approach to marketing from a strategic perspective.
