161st Annual Martha's Vineyard Agricultural Fair and Livestock Show

The 160th Martha's Vineyard Agricultural Fair runs from August 17th—20th at the fairgrounds in West Tisbury (the home of the Martha's Vineyard Agricultural Society). It's the highlight of a Vineyard summer!

Our Great Hall will be filled with submissions of produce, flowers, art, and baked goods all vying for a blue ribbon. If you're an animal person, visit our animal barn to see rabbits, sheep, goats, cows, horses, and more; if you're more into machines, check out our barn full of antique engines. Our fiber tent offers demonstrations and activities for kids and adults during all open hours, from spinning to weaving—and we have contests for everything from skillet-tossing to fire-starting. Did we mention the live music and performances? And then, of course, we have booths of traditional fair foods and carnival rides galore!

More information on tickets will be released on our website this spring and summer. We encourage everyone to get involved with the Fair by submitting entries to the Great Hall or volunteering—or just attend from August 17th–20th to be a part of the fun!
